I painted this watercolor at my first visit to Crimea, at 2010.
I was really interested to look ovet Blue Mosque, but it placed on a territory of army's health center, and reach it without pranking was not possible.
And just opposite was other one building of same center, with lovely carved eaves in osman style, so popular on that district. Later I was told that this building was old post office at XIX-beginning of XX century.
The were a bench and small cherry-tree in the cortyard - so I was interested to paint that grey building.
