I had paint this botanical composition as renaissance stylisation - like tiny painting on white or cream panel on the medieval walls.
The original flower is from Chrysanthemum ball in Nikitsky Botanical garden in Yalta. We visited it in October and the season was almost over, but fading beauty of this japanese buds were even more charming then flowers in a mid-bloom.
